Workshop: How to Plan Your Show & Keep Your Sanity!

This business workshop (SAT, Nov 14) provides artists with the tools needed to effectively manage the overwhelming set of tasks required to successfully plan and mount an exhibit. An extensive list of topics will be covered, including:  Location, Timetable, Contract, Marketing, Announcements, Incentives, Installation, Insurance, Pricing, Sales, Documentation and Follow-up.  Workshop is sponsored by the Appalachian Pastel Society and takes place 1:00-4:00pm in the Education Bldg at the WNC Ag Center in Fletcher.  Fee is $45. Prior to the workshop, Outland will discuss, “How To Know If You Are Ready For Your Own Art Show.” This segment will take place 10:30am-12:00pm, following a 30-min membership meeting.
